This process is intentionally simple. You show up prepared, and I’ll guide the rest.
STEP 01
Book Your Day
Once you’re ready, you’ll reserve your day/s with a 50% deposit or pay in full.
Be sure to leave yourself 2 to 4 weeks to complete your prep work so we can move forward with clarity and make the most of our time together.
STEP 02
Prep & Plan
You’ll receive a welcome email with access to your prep work.
We’ll schedule your 1-hour kick-off call to review your vision and goals, prep work, and define priorities.
STEP 03
Your VIP Day
On your day, we’ll communicate through Voxer, Slack, or Messenger. I’ll begin by revealing the creative direction for your brand, website, or sales page.
From there, we’ll collaborate in real time to refine and create together. You’ll review everything overnight, and I’ll include up to 1 hour of refinements before preparing your final files.
STEP 04
Support
After our work together, you’ll receive 14 days of email support for anything related to your experience.
Need additional support or follow-up work? You’re welcome to book a half or full VIP day as needed.

Do you write the website or sales page copy for me?
I stay in my zone of genius—branding, design and strategy. You’ll be responsible for providing the copy, but I’ll support you with structure, flow, and content prompts to make the process easier. You’ll also receive a planning guide to help you organize your messaging before your VIP Day.
Most clients choose to hire a copywriter—especially when they’re investing in a refresh or elevating their brand. If that’s you, I can refer you to trusted partners who specialize in crafting clear, conversion-focused messaging.
What programs and platforms do you work in?
For branding and design, I use Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to create polished, professional visuals that align with your unique style and goals.
When it comes to websites and sales funnels, I design and build inside platforms like WordPress (with Elementor) and Go High Level—whether you’re using FG Funnels, Flowi, Funnel Breezy, or another white-labeled version.
If you’re not sure which platform is right for you, I’ll guide you toward the best fit based on your business and workflow.
What happens if I need more than one day?
During your strategy call, we’ll create a plan and assess how much time you’ll need to achieve your transformation.
Some projects are best completed in a focused weekly sprint, while others unfold in quarterly phases depending on your goals and schedule.
If at any point we determine extra time is needed, you’ll have the option to book an additional full or half day. We’ll create a plan that supports your vision without adding complexity or overwhelm.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. If you’re booking more than three weeks out, you can reserve your day with a 50% deposit or pay in full. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your scheduled day.
For larger projects broken into sprints or phases, each sprint is booked with a 50% deposit. The balance for that phase is also due 24 hours before we begin. This keeps things simple, clear, and easy to manage on both sides.
Do I need to be available during the day?
Yes. You’ll need to be available for the reveal on your scheduled day, as well as for feedback within an hour as we collaborate throughout the experience. This allows us to make quick decisions and keep the momentum going, so we can get the most out of our time together.
Do you offer recurring design or ongoing support?
Absolutely. Repeat clients have the option to book additional half or full VIP Days, along with other ongoing support options as needed.
The process remains the same: strategic, efficient, and collaborative. The added benefit of working together again is the deeper brand awareness and trust we’ve built, which allows us to move faster and stay fully aligned as your brand evolves.
